Excellent value for money, especially considering the location right on the seafront and opposite the tram stop. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms on the top floors had a wonderful view and were well-stocked with towels.
Although the breakfast was delicious, it would have been even better if toast had been included.

It is a brilliant hotel with lovely interior design, unbeatable location not far from south shore beach and pleasure beach and the main arcades.

Everything was perfect, had an excellent stay for time to check in. The location was perfect, at a walking distance from Sandcastle Waterpark. Great restaurant walking distance to the hotel. They had a quick check-in.
The breakfast definitely should of been was n't included.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was near the Sandcastle water park and Blackpool Pleasure Beach train station. It was also right by the beach and next to the tram stop, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. Although I didn't have breakfast, I heard it was delicious. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again.
Parking was a bit limited, but understandable given the space constraints.

Great choice for weekend. A really comfortable stay in Blackpool. Everything was good as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was a little small. Also, Ripley's Believe it or Not Blackpool was not far.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just opposite the beach, and close to all the major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. The room size was good, with a comfortable bed and a decent-sized TV. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the bathroom had plenty of fresh towels available. Additionally, the free parking outside was a great convenience for us.

Lovely stay, as always. Impeccably clean hotel, huge rooms, ideal location right by tram station. The staff were helpful and informative and beautiful reception. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed.
Elevator was missed.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. The staff were polite, and the small double room we booked was perfect. The place had a cosy atmosphere.
Quite small bathroom, Wi-Fi was very poor, a little disappointed.
